  1. Hold a constitutive general assembly to establish the group.
  2. Set up management and supervisory committees.
  3. Draft the statutes of the CIG.
  4. Hold another constitutive general assembly to verify the statutes.
  5. Prepare the following documents:
  • Stamped request at the current rate
  • Minutes of the constitutive general meeting
  • Statutes and internal regulations
  • Sworn statement (Art.10 OHADA)
  • List of members
  • Localization plan
  • Photocopies of National ID cards for members.
6. Submit 5 copies of the file to the Coop/CIG departmental section.
7. Create a bank account for the CIG5.
8.Wait for the processing of your application (maximum 30 days).
Upon successful registration, you will receive:
  • A deposit receipt

The CIG registration certificate.

After registration, you may need to:

Register with the Commercial Register (for commercial cooperatives)
Complete tax formalities at the Tax Delegation if the activity is regulated by law

Launch your activities.
